Joann Gore

Joann Gore joins Benchmark Public Affairs with over 20 years of experience in association management and engagement. She spent over 15 years as a member services specialist and then as the executive director of the Tallahassee Bar Association in Florida. She is skilled in all aspects of association management, communications, and member relations. Gore also led and directed affairs for the Bar’s Legal Aid Foundation.

 

She is recognized for strategic vision, brand building and enhancement, and strong partnerships between individuals and across business communities and professional organizations. Gore’s arrival marks a significant expansion of Benchmark’s capabilities, offering clients a full-time association management specialist to help organizations grow their memberships and focus on day-to-day operations.

Gore is a graduate of Valdosta State University in Georgia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications and of Florida State University, where she received her Master of Science in Communications. She will serve as Vice President of Association Management, overseeing client relations and strategic growth initiatives at Benchmark.
