
Manager of Operations and Finance
Cassiday Fletcher joins Benchmark Public Affairs as Manager of Finance and Operations, supporting the firm's and our association clients’ bookkeeping, financial management, and administrative operations. She brings a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and business administration, along with experience supporting both public accounting and private-sector finance teams.
Before joining Benchmark, Fletcher served as a National Tax Administrative Intern with Wipfli LLP, where she supported tax and advisory teams through client documentation management, workflow coordination, and operational support. She also worked as a Finance Intern at Pathlabs, assisting with invoice processing, account reconciliations, vendor management, and financial record maintenance. In addition to her professional experience, Fletcher has provided bookkeeping services for small businesses, helping clients maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day financial operations.
Fletcher earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Montana. A Dean's List student and recipient of both the First Generation Scholarship and KPMG Scholarship, she is currently pursuing CPA licensure to further expand her expertise in accounting and financial management.
At Benchmark, Fletcher supports client accounting needs and internal financial operations, helping ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and strong organizational performance.
